A.K.Bulashev is an expert in immunologic technology and biotechnology field. More than 135 proceedings and scientific - methodical works as well as 40 newspaper and periodical articles have been published by him. He is A.I. Barayev’s State Prize Laureate for series of works on tuberculosis diagnostics development (2002), awarded with «Otlichnik Obrazovaniya(Education Honour)» (1997) and “For development of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (2002) honorary titles; «Kazakhstan constitution - 10 years» (2005) and «RK Parliament - 10 years» (2006) medals; President N.Nazarbayev’s Gratitude (2005); « Kurmet» order (2007).
Maslikhat deputy of the third and fourth convocations in Astana. A. Bulashev was given Sokrat International Award for his contribution to intellectual development of modern society and social-oriented position.

Having finished Farm Mechanization Department he has been working at University since 1984. 125 proceedings, including 5 e-books, 5 training aids, 9 copyright certificates and patents for his inventions were published by him. A. Abdyrov has supervised two Candidates of Technical Sciences. Also he is a Vice-President of Dissertational Council on Pedagogical Sciences. A. Abdyrov was awarded by «Pochetnyi Rabotnik Obrazovanya RK(Honourable worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan)» breastplate, RK President’s Gratitude, Diploma of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations: Balgabay S.Maikanov, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor, tel.: 317564, email: maikanov@mail.ru

Balgabay Maikanov has been working at the University from 1987 as a veterinary and sanitary expert. He has published 130 proceedings including 9 training aids, 3 author’s certificates and patents for inventions. Balgabay Sadepovich is a supervisor of Post-graduate and Master’s Degree training. He is the Deputy Chairman of Veterinary Dissertation Council. B.Maikanov was awarded by “Honorary employee of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan” breastplate, Gratifying Letter of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Official Documents of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Vice-Rector on students’ welfare and social problems: Alexander V. Mayer, tel. 317573

Alexander Mayer worked as a secretary of Komsomol Committee at the Institute in 1988. Having graduated from the Institute in 1989, he received qualification of engineer of agricultural production and continued his work as a secretary of Komsomol Committee. In 1991 he was transferred to be a director of the Public Youth Center of Institute. In 1997 A.Mayer was appointed as pro-rector on inner-economy and social problems. Since 2006 he has been working as a Vice-presiddent on students’ welfare and social problems. In 1989 Alexander Mayer has been elected as a deputy of City Council of People's Deputies of Tselinograd city, then twice elected to be a Maslikhat Deputy of Astana city. Alexander Mayer was awarded with "Astana", " RK Independence - 10 years ", " RK Parliament -10 years" medals.

Vice-Rector on capital construction: Zhaksybay Zh. Koshkinbayev, tel. 317540

Zhaksybay Koshkinbayev graduated from Leningrad Technology Institute as an expert in chemical technology in 1969 and from Almaty Institute of national economy on “Economy and Logistics planning” speciality in 1986. Since 2005 to present he has been working as a Vice-President on capital construction at «S.Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University» joint-stock company in Astana. A modern sport complex, also as one health complex and educational school completing overhaul in Barmashino village, Shuchensk town were built under his direction. A façade and foyer of the main building were overhauled thoroughly to the 50-anniversary of Agrotechnical University. Now the academic building of Technical faculty for 570 places is being built, and also design estimation document of a students’ hostel for 592 places is being developed. Major overhaul of one academic building is planned in Barmashino village, Shuchensk. Zhaksybay Koshkinbayev has “Veteran Truda (Veteran of Labour)” honorary title, a lot of awards from previous worked establishments as well as from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Damely Abdykalikova has been working as a Chief Accountant since May, 2001. Automated accounting, electronic program with tax committee and serving bank have been developed during her work, also account according to the Accounting International Standard has been introduced since January, 2007. Damely Abdykalikova received an International certificate on ISFA according to program (ÀÑÑÀ). Damely Abdykalikova is a teacher, also as a Member of Academic Council of University she goes deeply in all University’s affairs, solving tasks professionally and competently.

Director of Professional Skill Improvement Institute: Zhumagazy Kurzhykayev, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Associate professor, tel.: 395707

Having graduated from Veterinary Department of K.I. Skrybin MVA Zhumagazy Kurzhykayev has been working at University since 1979. More than 25 proceedings, including 4 training aids were published by him. Zhumagazy Kurzhykayev was awarded with Honour Certificate of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

It will be pleasure for us to cooperate with high schools and scientific research institutes in the training of the high skilled staff, to perform actual research projects and to give more detailed information on our university.
